AquaKnights Swim Team
Registration Opens March 1st!
The Rio Linda Elverta AquaKnights is a recreation youth swim team. The season stars April 28th and runs through late July. Team practice is Monday-Thursday 6-9pm and includes Saturday swim meets. Must be able to swim 25 meters un-assisted. 6 and under may be limited to 30 minutes based on instructors discretion for safety precautions.

Stroke and Turn Clinic
Join us for a pre-competitive swim clinic. This program refines the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. The intermediate to advanced group is for those swimmers who want to refine their strokes. Beginner is for those that want to learn the basics.
Must be able to swim 25 meters un-assisted. Children 6 and under may be limited to 30 minutes based on instructors discretion for safety precautions.

Updated Swim Lessons Information
We are excited to announce our updated swim lesson program! To ensure your child is placed in the correct class, please read through all the descriptions carefully before registering. Due to the high volume of lesson sign-ups, a $5 fee will be charged if you need to move your child to a different level because of incorrect registration. Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot!

Water Aerobics
Looking for a fun, low-impact workout that improves strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health? Join us this summer! This class is perfect for all fitness levels! Whether you're looking to stay active, recover from an injury, or just have fun in the water, our instructor will guide you through a dynamic workout to keep you moving.
